Serves 4
1 lb | Ground Turkey |
⅓cup | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
1 Tbsp | Chopped Fresh Chives |
¼ tsp | Pepper |
⅛ tsp | Salt |
| Red Onion Rings, if desired |
4 | Hamburger Buns, split & toasted |
- Mix all ingredients except buns. Shape Mixture into 4 patties, each about ½-inch thick.
- Cook Patties until no longer pink in center. Serve on buns with grilled or raw onions rings.
