Grilled Parmesan Turkey Burgers

Betty Crocker's Fix-it-Fast Family Favorites: Pg 368

Serves 4

 
 

1 lb

Ground Turkey

cup

Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Tbsp

Chopped Fresh Chives

¼ tsp

Pepper

tsp

Salt

  

Red Onion Rings, if desired

4

Hamburger Buns, split & toasted


 


 

  1. Mix all ingredients except buns. Shape Mixture into 4 patties, each about ½-inch thick.
  2. Cook Patties until no longer pink in center. Serve on buns with grilled or raw onions rings.
